Resepi 103 : Couscous Salad

Seperti yg dijanjikan,
ni utk resepi couscous.
Actually, aku tak penah makan pon couscous ni.
Tapi, nak jugaklah rasa mcm mne rase nye kan.
Bagi aku okeylah.
Sebab ni pon menu sihat.
So, rasa pon biase2 je.

(mgkin aku yg x pndai nk buat kot. LOL)
Tapi, utk resepi ni aku ikot from Laura Vitale.
Simple dan sihat.
Kalau nak try, boleh la buat salad nih.
BAHAN BAHAN
(2 orang)
2/3 cawan couscous (sila google kalau tak tahu)
2/3 cawan air panas
beberapa biji tomato cherry
1 batang timun - dibuang biji & didadu
1/2 cawan mix vege - (aku tmbh)
1/2 cawan mix vege - (aku tmbh)
1/4 cawan daun bawang
1/2 biji yellow capsicum - didadu (aku tmbh)
1/2 parsley segar (kalau xsuke xyh letak)
1/2 cawan kacang kuda - yg dah direbus/dlm tin
1 lemon juice dan hirisan kulit lemon
1 sudu besar extra virgin olive oil
garam dan lada sulah/lada hitam
CARA CARA
1. Didalam mangkuk berisi couscous, masukkan air panas. Tutup mangkuk dan biarkan 5 minit.
2. Sementara itu, didalam mangkuk lain, parutkan kulit lemon dan perahkan juice lemon. Perasakan garam dan lada sulah/lada hitam.
3. Masukkan sayuran yg telah dipotong kedalam mangkuk berisi lemon tadi. Gaul sebati.
4. Bila dah 5 minit, ambil garfu dan leraikan couscous. Masukkan kedalam sayuran tadi dan perasakan lagi dengan sedikit garam. Jika nak lg sedap, biarkan sejuk dulu kat peti ais, baru hidang.
